My name is Sarah, a wife and mother of three, and a Reiki Master with over 32 years of experience in energy work, holistic healing, and emotional well-being. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to creating spaces of peace—places where people can breathe, reconnect, and feel held. Through years of providing Reiki treatments, teaching, and supporting others, I have witnessed how deeply individuals crave calm in a world that rarely slows down. Moments of Calm was born from that understanding. What began as a simple ritual in my home, blending natural essential oils and charging them with Reiki while infusing each bottle with intention, evolved into something more significant.
