My name is Sarah, I am a wife and mother of 3. I am a Reiki Master with over 32 years experience in energy work, holistic healing and spiritual wellbeing. For as long as I can remember I have been drawn to creating spaces of peace, places where people can breathe, reconnect and feel held. Through years of giving Reiki treatments, teaching and supporting others, I have witnessed how deeply people crave calm in a world that rarely slows down. Moments of Calm was born from that understanding. What began as a simple ritual in my home, blending natural essential oils, charging them with Reiki & infusing each bottle with intention, evolved into something bigger. My clients began requesting the sprays after their sessions. Soon, friends, family,  wellness practitioners and salons wanted them too.  Each spray is more than just a fragrance  - it's a moment, a pause, a breath and a reminder that calm is always within reach. I know how hard it is to juggle life, emotions, responsibilities and the need for balance. My children grew up seeing Reiki as a natural part of our home. A way of clearing energy and creating softness in the middle of chaos. The same energy now lives inside every bottle created.  Made in the UK, each bottle has the same care, love and healing energy I use in my treatments.
